Since 1967, the International Chili Society (ICS) has been the global home for chili competition. We sanction cook-offs across the country, raise millions for charity, and crown a World Champion each year at the ultimate showdown — the World Championship Chili Cook-Off® (WCCC).
In 2020, ICS officially became part of the World Food Championships, bringing new energy, partnerships, and global visibility to chili’s most iconic tradition.
